Mark Falango is a performance consultant, executive coach and professional instructor with over a decade of experience in the areas of workplace development and performance management. In 2002 he founded MF GreenLight.

Previous to this, Mark established the consulting division of Corporate Counseling Associates, a national human resources consulting firm and directed all consultative activities including organizational and management consultation, executive coaching and program development for a broad spectrum of client companies including Reed Elsevier, UBS, The Guardian Life Insurance Company and The Museum of Modern Art. Prior to this he was a human resources generalist at Citicorp.

Clients seek Mark’s expertise on developing the human capital of diverse workplaces that resonate with employees and leaders. This can take many forms – from executive coaching, team building to customized workshops and training programs - and he specializes in topics such as leadership development, team development, diversity and inclusion, and performance improvement. His clients include Merrill Lynch, Lambda Legal, HBO and TIAA-CREF.

Mark received his undergraduate degree from New York University and his Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University. He is a certified executive coach and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and the Society for Human Resources Management.
